    Add 3 ml BAC water to the vial. Inject it slowly down the inside wall of the vial, then gently swirl until dissolved; do not shake. Use sterile technique.

    5 U-100 syringe units = 0.05 mL = ≈ 1.3333 mg total blend.

    Self-injection: SQ (subcutaneous). Use fatty tissue such as the abdomen, outer thigh, or back of upper arm; rotate sites each dose and avoid irritated, bruised, scarred, or damaged skin. For abdomen, stay at least 2 inches from the navel.

    Changing the dose
